Pet Memorial, Hand Carved Ornament, Pets Paw Shape & Name, Thoughtful Gift

A thoughtful gift for someone who is bereaved at the loss of their much loved pet and would like a memorial stone. You can let us know the pets name and we'll hand carve it onto a slate block, just underneath a hand carved pets paw shape. The slate blocks are around 20 to 23mm thick and substantial enough to be free-standing. The natural slate can be set down in a garden or used as an ornament, paper weight or for general display on a bookcase, desk, mantelpiece or window cill etc.

The slate is hand carved to form the shape of a pets paw on the surface and then engraved with their name. The pets paw shape will be painted with gold enamel as standard but if you would prefer red or silver enamel or white masonry paint or even left natural unpainted, then please make your selection from the drop down menu on this page. Gold enamel is the default choice for the paw, if you don't make a selection from the options and please note there is a saving if you choose to leave it natural slate (see drop down list).

Care: please make sure you wipe clean or hand wash with warm water when required, rather than placing in a dishwasher or bowl of very hot water, to ensure it remains looking this good for many years to come. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use and the natural slate option is especially resilient to extremes of outdoor temperature and weather conditions. If you choose a painted stone option for the outdoors, then we would recommend choosing a place that is not in prolonged periods of direct sunlight and/or with temperatures regularly exceeding 38 degrees Celsius.
